The terms governing your use of MotoDeals.ca and purchases from us.

MotoDeals.ca (the “Site”) is operated by SamuraiTrucks Inc. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and any purchases you make. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We work to keep product descriptions, availability, and pricing accurate, but errors can occur. All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update product information, pricing, and availability at any time without notice. If a product's correct price differs from the price shown, we may cancel or decline the affected order and, where payment was already taken, issue a refund.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe in Canadian dollars (CAD). Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
We ship within Canada only. Any delivery timelines shown on the Site are estimates, not guarantees, and actual delivery times may vary due to courier schedules, stock, and factors outside our control.
Returns and warranty claims are handled in accordance with our applicable policies and, where relevant, the manufacturer's warranty. For any return or warranty request, please contact info@motodeals.ca and we will assist you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SamuraiTrucks Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and the “Effective date” above will be updated. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
