Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, here's how it works.

Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To qualify:

• Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging
• Original tags and documentation must be included

How to Return

1. Email Darc@samuraitrucks.com or call 780-533-3303 to start a return.
2. We'll send return instructions and the return address.
3. Customer pays return shipping. We recommend Canada Post or Purolator with tracking so the package can be confirmed received.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method.
5. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days of inspection.

What's Not Returnable

• Special-order items — clearly marked at checkout and on product pages
• Items that have been used, installed, or modified
• Items returned outside the 30-day window
• Items missing original packaging or tags

Defective Items

Defective items are handled per the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us first — we'll help coordinate with the manufacturer. Some manufacturers require direct contact, in which case we'll provide their support details and any reference numbers you'll need.

Restocking Fees

No restocking fee for unused items returned in original packaging within the 30-day window. Items returned outside this policy may not be accepted, or may incur fees on a case-by-case basis.
